卫生杀虫剂多组分气相色谱分析方法研究

摘    要:本文采用气相色谱法,用FID检测器和HP-1毛细管柱,以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为内标物,对邻苯基苯酚、驱蚊酯、右旋烯丙菊酯、炔丙菊酯、炔咪菊酯、胺菊酯和氯氰菊酯进行分析和定量。线性相关系数分别为0.998 8、0.999 4、0.999 9、0.999 9、0.999 9、1.000 0、0.999 3,标准偏差分别为0.01、0.04、0.007、0.005、0.01、0.00 9、0.02,变异系数分别为5.3%、0.84%、6.4%、4.2%、8.3%、2.7%、8.5%,平均回收率在99.81%~100.61%之间。

Abstract:A quantitative analytical method was developed for 2-phenylphenol,Ethyl-butylacetylamino,propionate,d-allethrin,prallethrin,imiprothrin,tetramethrin and cypermethrin by GC.The results showed that the linear correlations were 0.998 8,0.999 4,0.999 9,0.999 9,0.999 9,1.000 0,0.999 3,the standard deviations were 0.01,0.04,0.007,0.005,0.01,0.009,0.02,the coefficient of variations were 5.3%,0.84%,6.4%,4.2%,8.3%,2.7%,8.5% and the revoveries were 99.81%~100.61%,respectively.
