辣椒疫霉菌生长和产孢条件的研究

摘    要:对适合辣椒疫霉菌的培养基条件、温度条件、孢子囊产生的光照条件等进行了研究。结果表明,辣椒疫霉菌在燕麦培养基和玉米粉培养基上生长速度最快,菌丝生长的最佳温度范围是26~28℃,保存菌种时间最长的培养基是马铃薯蔗糖培养基,全光照对产孢的效果最好,可使游动孢子的释放量增加,6 d全光照处理可使游动孢子量最大。从而确定了疫霉菌生长条件和产孢条件的最佳方法,为品种抗源的筛选提供了适宜的菌种。

Abstract:Researches on the culture medium and the temperature condition,and the illumination condition of sporagium's production were carried out.The results showed that the pathogen had the greatest growth rate on OMA and CMA,the optimum temperature of Phytophthora capsici was ranged from 26 ℃ to 28 ℃;the best preservation medium was PSA;full-illumination was the best;it could increase the quantity of zoospore,after six days,the quantity of zoospore was the largest.This paper determinate the best method of Phytophthora capsici growth conditions and sporangia generation,and provided the suitable strain for screening resistant germplasm.
