摘    要:负载模拟器是进行动力机械室内模拟试验的必要设备。本文针对以往负载模拟器设计方案存在问题,在拖拉机阻力控制系统动态特性室内模拟试验台的设计中提出了改进设计方案,对一般动力机械负载模拟器的设计有普遍参考价值。

Abstract:On the foundation of a long period, experimental research of the indoor simulation tests for agricultural machines and vehicles this paper presents four design criteria for the load simulator of draft control systems, which consist of the criteria of: simplification of real work conditions, independent selection of control variable from environmental disturbance, unchanged character of real control object and conversion from force control to displacement control. These design criteria have been successfully applied in the design of a test bed for the indoors simulation test of the dynamic character of tractor draft control systems. Many works have been done on this test bed, both for teaching and scientific research, since it was put into operation. The test results indicate that the design criteria presented in this paper are practicable and effective.
