水通道蛋白研究进展

摘    要:水通道蛋白是专门运输水的跨膜蛋白,其基因结构、基因表达调控、染色体定位、蛋白质结构、组织分布和生理功能得到了较为深入的研究。作者从水通道蛋白的发现,水通道蛋白的分子结构、分类、分布和生理功能及水通道蛋白的研究展望作一综述。

Abstract:Aquaporins are integral membrane proteins that selectively transport water.Since aquaporins were discovered in 1988,its gene structure,gene expression regulation,chromosome location,protein structure,tissue distribution,as well as physiological function have been studied deeply.A review on its discovery,molecular structure,categories,distribution and physiological functions,as well as its study perspective was summarized in this article.
