反应氮弧熔覆TiN/Fe基涂层及耐磨耐蚀性能

摘    要:为了提高农业机械入土部件表面性能,采用氮弧熔覆技术在45钢表面反应合成了TiN/Fe金属陶瓷复合涂层。利用扫描电镜、XRD射线衍射仪、显微硬度计、摩擦磨损试验机、电化学工作站分析了涂层形貌、涂层物相、涂层显微硬度及其耐磨耐蚀性能。结果表明:涂层主要由TiN、Fe组成,TiN呈颗粒状,涂层为良好的冶金结合;与45钢相比,涂层硬度提高了约3倍;磨损量降低了约1/2;在3.5%NaCl溶液和5%H2SO4溶液中,45钢的腐蚀速率分别约为TiN涂层的3倍和2倍,TiN涂层具有较好的耐磨耐蚀性能。

Abstract:In order to improve surface properties of agricultural machinery penetrating parts,TiN/Fe composite coating was prepared on 45 steel specimen surface by reaction nitrogen-arc cladding technique.The morphology,phase,microhardness,wearability and corrosion behavior of the TiN/Fe coating were analyzed by scanning electronic microscope,X-ray diffractometer,microhardness tester,abrasion machine and electrochemical workstation.Contrast test of microhardness,wearability and corrosion behavior had been done between 45 steel and TiN coating.The results show that the coating is composed of TiN and Fe.TiN is granular shape,and the coating is good metallurgical bonding.Compared with the 45 steel,the microhardness of the coating is improved by about 3 times and the wear loss is about 1/2 times of the 45 steel.The corrosion rate of TiN coating is 1/3 times of the 45 steel in 3.5 % NaCl solution and about 1/2 times of the 45 steel in 5% H2SO4 solution.Therefore,the wearability and corrosion resistance of TiN coating is better.
