河北南部空气污染气象扩散条件研究

摘    要:利用河北南部城市邯郸气象站2013~2015年连续3年的气象数据并结合数值模拟对该市空气污染气象扩散条件进行了统计分析。结果表明,全年最多风向为南风,频率为19.39%,在全年各季节中,春季、夏季以南风最多;秋季、冬季以北风最多,风条件因季节不同扩散条件有所不同;该市区年平均气温14.9℃,年平均气压1 009 h Pa,年平均相对湿度61%。年平均降水量501 mm,降水主要集中出现在6~9月,这段时间降水对空气污染物的稀释、清除较为有利;冬季降水量小,平均相对湿度较大,为雾霾多发季节,不利于空气污染的稀释扩散;春季干燥多风,对空气污染物的水平扩散较为有利。从2013~2015年探空资料分析表明,春季(3~5月)垂直气象扩散条件为全年最好,夏、秋、冬季垂直扩散能力相对较差;逆温厚度1月最大,垂直扩散条件最为不利,6月最小,垂直扩散条件为全年最好。

Abstract:Based on Handan city meteorological station from 2013 to 2015 consecutive three years meteorological data and combined with numerical simulation of the spread of the city''s air pollution meteorological condition had carried on the statis-tical analysis. The results showed that the maximum wind throughout the year to the south,frequency of 19.39%,in each sea-son all the year round, spring and summer in the south wind up; Autumn and winter in the north,wind conditions dued to the different season different diffusion conditions; The city of the annual average temperature 14.9℃,annual average pressure 1009 hPa,the annual average relative humidity of 61%. Average annual rainfall of 501 mm,precipitation mainly concentrated in June to September, this paragraph of time was favourable of precipitation dilution of air pollutants and removal; Winter rainfall was small,the average relative humidity was bigger,as the fog season, which was not conducive to dilute diffusion of air pollution; Dry windy spring,on the levels of air pollutants diffusion was more favorable. Sounding data from 2013~2015 analysis showed that the spring vertical diffusion meteorological conditions for the year was best. Summer,autumn,winter verti-cal diffusion ability was relatively poor; Thickness of inversion in January was the largest while the vertical diffusion condi-tions was the most adverse. In June, the youngest, vertical diffusion conditions was the best throughout the year.
