外加纤维对再造烟叶物理与常规烟气指标的影响

摘    要:通过对造纸法再造烟叶中加入不同种类纤维,测定了4种样品的物理指标与常规烟气指标,分析了不同纤维对造纸法再造烟叶片基和产品物理与烟气指标。结果表明,外加纤维为漂白针叶木浆时,再造烟叶片基和产品都具有较高的耐破强度、平衡含水率,但是填充值较低;外加纤维为未漂白亚麻浆时,填充值较高,松厚度较好,但是抗张强度、耐破强度和平衡含水率都较低;未漂白阔叶木浆相对漂白阔叶木浆具有较高的填充值、耐破强度、松厚度和平衡含水率,而抗张强度较低;未漂白阔叶木浆相对于漂白阔叶木浆具有较高的总粒相物,焦油和CO释放量。综合各烟气指标,多数指标均较低的是未漂白亚麻浆和漂白阔叶木浆。在保证再造烟叶综合质量的前提下,建议采用多种外加纤相搭配的方式添加,根据产品需要取长补短,试验为企业从外加纤维的角度来满足造纸法再造烟叶不同的物理特性与烟气指标需求提供了技术支撑。

Effects of Different Kinbs of Abbitionalfiber on Physical anb Smoke of Paper-Process Reconstituteb Tobacco
Abstract:Different types of fibers are added into paper-process reconstituted tobacco. The physical and smoke indexes of four samples were detected. Effects of the fiber species on physical and smoke indexes of paper-process reconstituted tobacco and film base were analyzed. The results show that adding bleached softwood pulp can reach good burst strength, equilibrium moisture content, but low filling value; adding unbleached flax pulp can reach good filling value and bulk, but low tensile strength burst strength and equilibrium moisture content; and unbleached hardwood pulp adding get higher total particular matter, tar and carbon monoxide. Overall, most indicator of unbleached flax pulp and bleached hardwood pulp adding sample are lower. To ensure the integrate quality of the reconstituted tobacco, compounded pulp was suggested. This paper provided a technical assistance for enterprise to produce eligible paper-process reconstituted tobacco.
