摘    要:对杂交水稻亲本金23B和V20B种子进行了发芽与田间栽培试验,并对其生理特性进行了比较。结果表明,种子萌芽与稻穗萌芽受可溶性糖含量的直接影响,可溶性糖含量越高越易萌芽。可溶性蛋白含量在稻穗萌芽过程中远远高于种子萌芽时期;而α-淀粉酶的活性变化在种子萌芽期与稻穗萌芽期呈现出相反的变化规律。

Abstract:With hybrid rice parent line Jin23B and V20B as experimental material, the study was focused on the comparison of physiological characteristics between seed germination and preharvest sprouting. The results showed that seed germination and preharvest sprouting were directly influenced by soluble sugar. The higher the soluble sugar, the easier the germination. The soluble protein content during preharvest sprouting was much higher than that during seed germination, and α-amylases activity showed the opposite law.
