麦冬多糖提取工艺的比较

摘    要:采用碱水、醇碱两种不同提取溶剂提取麦冬(Ophiopogon japonicus)多糖。通过单因素试验分别考察不同提取溶剂下提取时间、超声功率、料液比对麦冬多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,醇碱法多糖提取率高于碱水法,且均高于文献报道的水提法。醇碱提取的最佳工艺为时间15 min、功率700 W、料液比1∶60(g∶m L),麦冬多糖提取率为89%。

Abstract:The polysaccharide of Ophiopogon japonicus were extracted by alkali solution and ethanol-alkali solution. The effects of polysaccharide extracted under different extraction time,ultrasonic power,material liquid ratio by using single factor experi-ments were researched. The results showed that ethanol-alkali extraction procedure had the higher extraction rate than alkali solution, both were higher than that of water reported in literatures. The optimum extraction conditions were that extracting for 15 min, 700 W ultrasonic power, adding 60 times amount of solution(g:mL), the content of polysaccharide were 89%.
