土地整治的可持续性评价研究——以新疆托克逊县为例

以托克逊县2000-2010年土地整治项目为例,分析土地整治可持续性的影响因素,从经济、社会、生态3个方面构建土地整治可持续性评价指标体系,利用层次分析法(AHP)确定各指标权重,对托克逊县夏乡、博斯坦乡、伊拉湖乡和郭勒布依乡4个乡的土地整治项目进行可持续性评价。结果表明,4个乡的土地整治可持续性由全部不可持续上升到整治后的勉强可持续及中等可持续,土地整治效果明显,评价结果符合项目区的实际情况。

Sustainability Evaluation of Land Remediation:A Case Study of Toksun County in Xinjiang

Taking the land remediation of Toksun County during 2000-2010 as a case ,it analyzed influence factors about the land sustainability of land remediation,built an indicator system for the assessment of the land sustainability of land remedia-tion from three aspects of economy,society and ecology, used the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to ensure the weigh of each index and then evaluated the land sustainability of land remediation of 4 villages in Toksun. The results showed that the land sustainability in the 4 villages had changed from all non-sustainability to barely sustainability and middle sustainability, the effect of land remediation was outstanding and accordant with the practical situation in the project area.
