摘    要:建立了对饮料中2种添加剂甜蜜素、山梨酸钾分离测定的离子色谱分析方法。色谱柱为Dionex Ion Pac AS19(4 mm×250 mm),流动相为20 mmol/L KOH溶液,流速为1.0 m L/min,抑制器电流为50m A,柱温为30℃,压力为1 668 Psi,一次进样,8 min内完成分析过程。该检测方法具有快速、简便、灵敏的特点,可满足实际工作需要。

Abstract:An ion chromatography (IC) was established for the separation and determination of Sodium cyclamate and Potassi-um sorbate in drinks. A Dionex IonPac AS19 (4 mm ×250 mm,5μm) was used as chromatographic column,with 20 mmol/L KOH as mobile phase at flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the suppressor electric current was 50 mA,the column temperature was 30℃,pressure was 1668 Psi. Separation of 2 additives was simultaneously achieved in 8 min. The results showed that the method was rapid, simple, sensitive, and could meet the need of practical work.
