混凝土衬砌渠道保温效果的研究

摘    要:在北方寒旱区,防渗衬砌渠道面临的难题之一就是冻害,冻胀破坏对水利工程的危害较大,因此刚性衬砌渠道的防冻胀研究是重要的工程技术问题。针对内蒙古自治区季节性冻土地渠道混凝土衬砌严重冻胀破坏现状,提出在该地区渠道混凝土衬砌下面铺设不同厚度的新型保温材料聚氨酯保温板来解决,并在该地区进行了现场试验。通过采用数值模拟的方法,模拟现场各种保温措施工况,并与实际监测得到的数据对比分析,得出该地区阴坡渠道采用6 cm厚的聚氨酯保温板可削减冻胀量12.5 cm,削减冻深35 cm,冻胀削减率达到80%。在满足渠道冻胀原则的情况下,可有效地阻止衬砌体冻胀损坏。不仅解决了渠道衬砌冻胀破坏问题,而且为后续渠道衬砌施工中聚氨酯保温板厚度设计提供了技术支撑。

Abstract:In seasonal frozen soil region of North China, the main destroy of concrete lining canal is frost heaving damage. It is widely distributed and harm to the water conveyance project; And how to prevent the frozen damage of concrete lining canal becomes an engineering problem. Aiming at the problem of frost heaving damage of channel concrete lining in seasonal frozen soil region of Inner Mongolia, this paper offers a solution that laying different thickness of polyurethane insulation boards under the channel concrete lining. Through the numerical simulation of the various working conditions of heat preser-vation measures, compared with field test data, it was found that 6 cm polyurethane insulation board cuts the frost heaving amount of 12.5 cm and cuts frost heaving rate of 80% in yin slope of channels, thus can effectively prevent frost heaving damage. This can not only solve the problem of channel lining frost heaving damage, but aslo provides technical support for the polyurethane insulation board thickness design of channel lining construction in the future.
