CaCl_2+GB对菊花花瓣生理生化的调节作用

摘    要:以一定浓度的氯化钙(CaCl_2)与不同浓度的甘氨酸甜菜碱(GB)组合,对菊花(Dendranthema morifolium Tzvel.)品种汴梁银宝在定头至花蕾形成期进行整株喷雾处理,测定其花瓣中几种主要生理指标的动态变化。结果表明,处理组菊花花瓣中可溶性蛋白质与可溶性糖含量在整个花期中与CK相比差异明显;处理组花瓣干鲜比(DW/FW)在开花中后期比CK增加明显;超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性在整个花期先上升后下降,处理组酶活力比CK高;超氧阴离子(O2·-)产生速率、丙二醛(MDA)含量和膜透性与SOD活性变化呈相对应的动态趋势,同时其处理组与CK相比差异明显。上述结果均以CaCl_2160 mg/L+GB500 mg/L处理效果最好。

Abstract:In the period from constant head to bud formation stage, the petals of chrysanthemum(Dendranthema morifolium Tzvel.)Bianliangyinbao were sprayed by specific concentration of calcium chloride and different concentrations of glycine be-taine,the dynamic changes of several major physiological indexes in the flowering petals were measured. The results showed that,compared with CK,the soluble protein content and soluble sugar content of chrysanthemum petals in treatment group, achieved obvious difference in the entire flowering. Compared with CK, petals' fresh and dried ratio(DW/FW) of treatment group increased significantly in late flowering. Superoxide dismutase(SOD) vitality in the entire flowering rised first and then decreased. SOD activity of treatment group was higher than CK. Superoxide anion(O2·-) producing rate and malondialdehyde (MDA) content showed corresponding dynamic trend with SOD vigor change trend. Meanwhile treatment group compared with CK, the reduced degree achieved obvious difference. To sum up,CaCl2160 mg/L+GB 500 mg/L had the best treatment effect.
