再生骨料透水混凝土性能的研究

摘    要:随着再生混凝土和透水混凝土的应用越来越广泛,同时集中二者优点的再生骨料透水混凝土应运而生,其在公园道路、绿化工程及护坡护岸中有着广泛的应用前景。本研究通过试验分析了水灰比和粒径对再生骨料透水混凝土28d抗压强度、有效孔隙率和透水系数的影响程度和趋势。结果表明:透水系数和孔隙率呈现出大致相同的规律;随着粒径的增大透水系数和孔隙率增加,抗压强度随着粒径的增大而逐渐降低;水灰比则要与骨料之间达到一个平衡才能在骨料表面形成薄厚均匀的砂浆层,这样才可以同时满足强度和透水系数的要求。通过设计的正交试验,研究透水混凝土在不同水灰比和不同粒径下的性能指标变化情况,得出了透水系数和28d抗压强度较好时所对应的粒径和水灰比。。

Abstract:With the increasing wide application of recycled concrete and permeable concrete,the recycled aggregate permeable concrete which contains both advantages was invented.This new concrete has important in roads of park,greening projects and slope protection in the future.The experiment studied the influence of water-cement ratio and particle size on 28 days compressive strength,actual porosity and permeable coefficient of.Results showed that the permeable coefficient and the actual porosity had the roughly same rule;Permeable coefficient and the porosity increased with the increase of particle size,and compressive strength gradually reduce with the increase of particle size;The water-cement ratio had to achieve a balance between aggregate and mortar to form a recycled aggregate permeable concrete uniformed layer on the aggregate surface,so that it can satisfy the requirements of strength and permeability coefficient.Through the design of under different water cement ratio and different particle sizes orthogonal test,the corresponding particle size and water cement ratio are obtained when the permeability coefficient and 28 days compressive strength are better.
