我国农机科技创新的障碍与发展对策

摘    要:农业机械化是衡量农业发展水平、反映农业现代化进程的重要标志,加快发展农业机械化是时代的要求,也是保持我国农业和农村经济持续稳定发展的重要保障。农业机械装备是实现农业机械化的物质载体和基本条件,又是农业生产力中最具有活力的要素。农机装备要满足农业集约化、产业化生产的要求,实现低耗化、自动化、信息化、智能化、成套化,关键要靠农机科技创新的支持。但是,目前我国农机科技创新能力明显不足,要使农机科技创新快速、持续发展,探寻制约我国农机科技创新的障碍因子,研究与探讨加快农机科技创新的对策措施和途径具有重要的意义。

Abstract:The agricultural mechanization is an important symbol, which is used to weight the development of agriculture and reflect the agricultural modernized courses. The agricultural machinery equipment is the material carrier and basic condition to realize the agricultural mechanization, and is the most active element in the agricultural productivity. However, at present, it is obviously lack of the innovated ability about the agricultural machinery. Hence, it has great significance for finding the obstacle factors restricting the innovation, researching and discussing the strategies and ways, which can improve the agricultural machinery innovation.
