三门峡黄河湿地植物和鸟类资源现状与保护

在全面调查的基础上，对三门峡黄河湿地植物和鸟类资源进行了分析和评价。针对资源保护利用中存在的问题，提出加强自然保护区建设、加强宣传教育、加快立法步伐、加大执法力度、增加投入、加强基础设施建设、提高管护与科研水平和加强国际间的合作交流等合理化建议，以保护三门峡黄河湿地生态系统的功能和生物多样性，为其他湿地资源的评价、利用以及与区域经济发展的协调提供有益的借鉴。
