农村供水建设管理运行的问题与对策

随着我国农村人口发展和农民生活水平的提高,农村供水安全和质量问题的重要性日益凸显。分析目前我国农村供水取得的成效与存在的主要问题,从发展规模集中供水、加强水质检测、供水制度管理、供水工程水价核定和水费征收、工程运资质管理等方面提出对策,以推进村镇供水工程建设管理运行。

Problems and Countermeasures of Management and Operation of Rural Water Supply

Along with the development of China＇s rural population and the improvement in the living standards of farmers, the importance of rural water supply safety and quality becomes increasingly important. This article makes analysis of the main problems of the current China＇s rural water supply the achievements and put forward the countermeasures in light of the development scale of water supply, to strengthen quality inspection, water supply system, water supply project management approved and the water fee collection, and project operation qualification management in order to promote the rural water supply project construction management.
