| 摘 要： | 通过PCR—RFLP方法对90头海南五指山猪和36头临高猪进行了MC4R基因型检测。结果表明，MC4R基因中的TaqI酶切位点在五指山猪中均为AA基因型，在临高猪中该位点A等位基因和G等位基因频率分别是0．92和0．08。该结果为海南地方猪的杂交选育提供理论依据。

| Abstract: | PCR-RFLP was used to analyze the polymorphism of MC4R gene（Taq I ） in 90 Wuzhishan pigs and 36 Lingao pigs.The results obtained showed that the predominant genotype was AA in Wuzhishan pigs.The fre- quencies of allele A and G in Lingao pigs were 0.92 and 0.08,respectively.This study could be provided some useful genetic basis principles for growth and development,system selection of Hainan native pig breeds. |
