| 摘 要： | 目的]研究清香木姜子挥发油的化学成分。方法]用连续蒸馏萃取挥发油提取仪提取清香木姜子挥发油,采用气相色谱-质谱-数据系统分析法进行分析,用色谱峰面积归一化法测定各组分相对含量。结果]共鉴定出31种化学成分。其中,含量最高的是桉油(27.20%),其次是松油烯-4醇-(21.27%)、N甲-基山鸡椒痉挛碱(6.32%)、十七烷酸(4.33%)、叶绿醇(3.53%)、乙醚基亚油酸(3.45%)、2,6二-甲基-2,6辛-二烯(2.96%)等。结论]清香木姜子在药用选材中必须考虑药材的种类以及产地,才可以充分保证其药用功效的发挥。

| Abstract: | Objective] The research aimed to study the chemical constituents of volatile oil from L.euosma Smith.Method] The volatile oil of L.euosma Smith was obtained by simultaneous distillation and solvent extraction.The chemical constituents were separated and identified by GC-MS.The relative contents in the volatile oil were determined by area normalization method.Result] 31 constituents were identified by GC-MS.Thereinto,the content of eucalyptus oil was the most with 27.20%,the next was Terpinen-4-OL(21.27%)... |
