不同MS和B 9浓度对马铃薯脱毒试管苗生长的研究

摘    要:选用米拉、凉薯97、金冠3个品种和MS液体培养基(全量、半量)、B9含量(5mg/L,15mg/L,25mg/L)进行3因素完全随机试验,调查各处理后脱毒试管苗的苗重、株高、茎节、根重和根数。其结果显示:1/2MS培养基和B9浓度为5mg/L时对脱毒试管苗的苗重和株高伸长有促进作用,但在试管苗茎节数的增加上因品种不同选用的MS培养基成分含量及B9浓度有差异。

Abstract:A complete random design was used in a three-factor experiment where potato cultivars Mira, Liangshu 97 and Jinguan were cultured on MS or 1/2 MS media containing B9 at 5, 15 and 25 mg/L. Plant weight, plant height, stem node number, root weight and root number of the virus-free plantlets were recorded. 1/2 MS medium with a B9 concentration of 5 mg/L was most favorable for weight gain and plant elongation of the plantlets for all three cultivars while the optimum composition of the MS medium and B9 concentration for node increase varied with cultivar.
