摘    要:探讨了瓶插期间6-BA延缓切花菊衰老的机理。结果发现,6-BA预处理抑制了膜透性的增大;过氧化产物丙二醛(MDA)的产生得到抑制;并且与衰老相关的过氧化物酶(POD)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的活性分别得到抑制和提高。

Abstract:The mechanism of 6 - BA on delaying senescence of cut chrysanthemum in vase period was studied. The results showed that 6 - BA suppressed the membrane permeability and delayed peroxidation of membrane lipids, so that the generation of and SOD decreased and increased respectively at different MDA was inhibited. The activity of POD stages of senescence.
