摘    要:为了建立树莓的组织培养快繁体系,研究了不同激素浓度培养基对树莓侧芽分化增值、伸长及生根的影响。结果表明:最适宜的分化培养基配方为MS+KT0.5mg/L+IAA0.5mg/L;伸长效果最好的培养基配方为MS+6-BA0.5mg/L+IAA1.0mg/L;生根效果最好的培养基为1/2MS+NAA0.2mg/L。

Abstract:In order to establish the system of Rubus idaeus tissue culture and rapid propagation, the effect of medium with different hor- mone on the buds of Rubus idaeus was studied. The results showed that the optimal differentiation medium, elongation medium and rooting medium was MS+KT 0.5 mg/L +IAA 0.5 rag/L, MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L +IAA 1.0 rag/L, and 1/2MS+ NAA 0.2 rag/L, respectively.
