单片机系统的抗干扰技术

摘    要:从实际应用角度出发,针对对单片机为核心的测控系统的各种类型的干扰,本文详细阐述了在硬件和软件等方面采取的一系列抗干扰技术,在硬件方面可采用的几种技术有:正确选择微处理器,将印刷板合理分区,使用程序监视跟踪定时器,噪声屏蔽等。在软件方面采用的技术包括:设置程序指针陷阱,编制相应的程序监视跟踪程序,未使用的中断处理等方法,通过采用上述抗干扰技术,一般的单片机测控应用系统的安全性和可靠性都能得到保证,从而提高了系统的整体性能。

Abstract:Some viewpoints of application according to difference interferences with the single-chip microcomputer were declared, this paper illustrated a series of anti-interference techniques on hardware and software. In the aspect of hardware. The techniques included choosing microprocessor correctly, distributing printed-plank area reasonably, using program watch and follow timer, noise shield, etc. in software, there were such as establishing the trap of program needle, designing the watch and follow program for procedure, using the interruption handles unadapted, and so on. Owing to adopting above anti-interference techniques, the safety and reliability of measurement and control system based on single-chip microcomputer will be assured, which will improve the whole capability of system.
