湖南森林和湿地生态系统的恢复与水资源保护

摘    要:在论述生态系统在水资源保护中的地位、作用的基础上 ,提出生态系统恢复与重建是改善水资源保护的根本途径的核心思想 ,并在总结评估湖南省生态系统保护与重建的基础上 ,提出了在保护水资源领域生态系统恢复与重建的步骤、途径和技术方法 ,在水资源保护政策、措施和技术等方面 ,如何处理好长远效益与近期效益、经济效益与生态效益、治标与治本、上游与下游等关系。

Abstract:Forest and wetland ecosystems are the most important carrier in water resources conservation issues,the major impact of water resources contributed to the scale,distribution and structure of ecosystem in water and soil maintaining as well as water quality. The paper reviewed the role and function of ecosystem water resources on the basis of ecology.The ecosystem restoration and conservation has been recognized as a key route in water resources conservation by the author through assessment of ecosystem protection and restoration in Hunan Province.The process included techniques of ecosystem restoration and protection.
