中型方捆打捆机打结系统研究

摘    要:针对小型方捆打捆机捆包密度低,大型方捆打捆机机型笨重、作业不灵活的问题,研发了中型方捆打捆机。中型方捆打捆机捆包密度高达150 kg/m3,可与大型方捆打捆机媲美,但是能耗远远低于大型方捆打捆机。打结系统是中型方捆打捆机的关键部件,运动关系和相位关系复杂,打结过程中要求各部件的运动相位关系高度协调,打结轴的强度满足打结工作的需要。

Abstract:To solve low bale density of small square baler and heavy model with not flexible operation of large rectangular baler,middle rectangular baler was developed.Bale density of middle rectangular baler could reach up to 150 kg/m3,and it could be comparable with large square bundle but much lower energy consumption.Knotter system was key part of middle rectangular baler.Its movement relation and phase relation were complex.In the process of knot tying,movement phase relation and phase relation of each part must be highly coordinated.Strength of knot axis must meet the needs of knot.
