| 摘 要： | 对联合收割机六角幅盘冲压工艺进行分析，制定两套工艺方案。通过工艺方案对比和冲压模具使用对比，分析两种方案的优缺点，从而选定工序成本较低、制件质量较优和生产效率较高的工艺方案，生产验证取得了良好的效果。

| Abstract: | Two sets process scheme were formulated through analysis of six angle plate stamping process about combine harvester.Advantages and disadvantages of two sets process were analyzed through comparison of process scheme and use of stamping die.Process scheme that low process cost，better product quality and high production efficiency was selected.Production validation achieved good results. |
