黑龙江省典型黑土区大豆田鸭跖草对氟磺胺草醚的抗药性

摘    要:采用温室盆栽法测定了黑龙江省典型黑土带代表地区大豆田杂草鸭跖草(Commelina commumis L.)对氟磺胺草醚的抗药性水平,以及其抗药性生物型原卟啉原氧化酶(PPO)对氟磺胺草醚的敏感性。结果显示,供试杂草对氟磺胺草醚产生了不同程度的抗药性,其中海伦市鸭跖草生物型抗性水平最高,抗性倍数为2.98倍。离体条件下,与敏感生物型PPO活力的抑制中浓度(IC50)相比较,海伦市抗性鸭跖草生物型的IC50是敏感鸭跖草的1.73倍,表明PPO敏感性降低可能是黑龙江省典型黑土区代表地区鸭跖草对氟磺胺草醚产生抗药性的重要原因。

Abstract:In order to evaluate resistance of Commelina commumis L.biotypes to fomesafen whole-plant experiment and protoporphyrinogen oxidase(PPO)activity,determination was carried out by greenhouse pot method.Results showed that biotype of Commelina commumis L.from collecting sites typical black soil region of Heilongjiang province developed different levels of resistance to fomesafen and the highest resistance index(RI)was 2.98 which was found in biotypes from Hailun city.The IC50 value of fomesafen against PPO in Commelina commumis L.from Hailun city was 1.73 times comparing with S biotype in vitro.Results suggested that decreased PPO sensitivity may be one of main reasons that responsible for the resistance of Commelina commumis L.biotypes to fomesafen.
