| 摘 要： | 耕地是最基本的农业生产资料，耕地的数量和质量直接关系到农业增效、农民增收，关系到农业的可持续发展。开展补充耕地质量评定是准确衡量耕地质量、强化耕地质量监管以及确保耕地占补平衡的重要技术手段。主要介绍了南京市六合区项目耕地质量评定的主要做法、存在的问题和相关建议。

| Abstract: | Cultivated land is the most basic mean of agricultural production.Quantity and quality of cultivated land are directly related to agricultural efficiency，farmers′ income and sustainable development of agriculture.Supplementary cultivated land quality evaluation was important technical mean to accurately measure cultivated land quality，strengthen cultivated land quality regulation，and ensure dynamic balance.Main methods of quality evaluation，existing problems and related suggestions for project cultivated land in Liuhe district of Nanjing city were mainly introduced. |
