基于Arduino的土壤机械阻力连续测量系统设计

摘    要:土壤机械阻力既关系到农作物的产量,又关系到农业机械的作业性能和能量消耗。为了实现土壤机械阻力的连续测量,开发设计了一套由“S”型力传感器、GPS模块、超声波测距模块、Arduino控制器、LCD显示模块和SD卡模块组成的系统。通过Arduino程序控制,使“S”型力传感器测量的土壤机械阻力,GPS模块测得位置信息及耕地速度,超声波测距模块测得的耕地深度存储到SD卡模块中。该系统通过Proteus仿真和硬件实物的搭接验证了系统的可行性、准确性。该系统的测量过程和方法与精准农业实时、连续测量土壤机械阻力的要求相吻合。

Abstract:The soil mechanical resistance affected crop yields,agricultural machinery performance and power consumption.In order to achieve continuous measurement of soil mechanical resistance,a continuous measurement was designed and tested with sensor,the system measured soil mechanical resistance by “S” type force transducer,measured the distance by ultrasonic ranging module and measured the location and speed with GPS module,at the same time,all the measured data was stored to the SD card module through the Arduino program control.The system was feasibility and accuracy through simulated by Proteus and connected hardware.Measurement processes and methods of the system were consistent with the precision agriculture′s requirements.
