摘    要:余热回收换热设备在余热回收利用中占有重要地位,开展余热回收换热器的优化设计是提高余热利用率的重要手段。介绍了点阵式气液热交换器的制造过程,强调了点阵式气液热交换器焊接过程中的注意事项,以便于其更好地推广应用。

Abstract:Waste heat recovery and heat transfer equipment plays an important role in waste heat recovery and utilization.Optimization design of heat exchanger is an important method to improve the utilization of waste heat.Manufacturing process of point-configuration gas-liquid heat exchanger was introduced.Matters need attention of this machine were emphasized in welding process in order to better popularization and application.
