间歇灌溉对湖北省水稻温室气体减排的贡献

摘    要:为掌握间歇灌溉对稻田温室气体排放产生的影响,通过建立中国地区相对于淹水灌溉条件下,间歇灌溉能够带来的温室气体减排量数据库,推测减排因子,估算湖北省实行间歇灌溉近10年温室气体减排量。结果表明,2004—2013年间歇灌溉共减少温室气体排放1 415.39万t CO2-eq,其中单季稻田减排量为1 039.87万t CO2-eq,双季稻田减排量为375.52万t CO2-eq;湖北省不同地区减排量与该地区各类型稻田面积密切相关,也与减排因子密切相关,10年来荆州市减排总量最大,为211.14万t CO2-eq,其次是黄冈市,减排量为185.47万t CO2-eq,神龙架林区减排总量最小,仅为0.054万t CO2-eq;单季稻减排量最大的是荆州市,为159.65万t CO2-eq,双季稻减排量最大的是黄冈市,为115.73万t CO2-eq。按照湖北省碳交易市场最新交易价格25元t来计算,间歇灌溉为湖北省带来的效益可达3.54亿元。间歇灌溉作为一项普遍使用的节水灌溉措施,能有效减少温室气体排放,而且不会造成水稻减产,在今后应大力推广。

Abstract:In order to grasp the effects of intermittent irrigation on greenhouse gas emission in Hubei province,a database of flooding irrigation and intermittent irrigation greenhouse gas emission from rice field in China was constructed so as to speculate the mitigation factor,and then,estimating the mitigation of intermittent irrigation for 10 years in Hubei province.Results showed that the intermittent irrigation has reduced 1 415.39×104 t CO2-eq GHGs from 2004 to 2013,including 1 039.87×104 t CO2-eq of single-season rice paddy,and 375.52×104 t CO2-eq of double-season rice paddy.Mitigation of different regions were closely associated with area of each type paddy,and also was closely related to mitigation factor.In 10 years,the highest mitigation was found in Jingzhou,with a reduction of 211.14×104 t CO2-eq.Huanggang was the second largest area of mitigated GHGs,about 185.47×104 t CO2-eq.Shennongjia was the least,only 0.054×104 t CO2-eq.Jingzhou was the leading single-season rice GHGs mitigation city,which reached to 159.65×104 t CO2-eq,and Huanggang was the biggest double-season rice GHGs mitigation city,about 115.73×104 t CO2-eq.According to the latest price of Hubei Carbon Trading Market,intermittent irrigation has benefited 354 million yuan from GHGs mitigation alone in past 10 years.Intermittent irrigation as a widely used water-saving irrigation measures,could effectively reduce greenhouse gas emissions,and would not reduce rice production.
