基于电子效应的氨基酸分类与二级结构的倾向性分析

摘    要:依据氨基酸侧链基团的电子效应,将17种氨基酸(Pro、Gly、Cys除外)划分为供电子效应氨基酸、吸电子效应氨基酸、弱电子效应氨基酸3类。并计算了该分类情况下氨基酸二级结构的倾向性因子,为了更好的说明该分类与蛋白质二级结构的关系,经讨论得到一个最终的分类结果。该结果很好地说明了氨基酸对于螺旋和无规则卷曲的倾向性。

Tendency Analysis on Amino Acids Categorization and Secondary Structure Based on Electronic Effect

Abstract:Based on electronic effect of side-chain radicals of amino acids,17 kinds of amino acids,except for Pro,Gly and Cys,were divided into 3 categories of electron donating amino acids,electron withdrawing amino acids and weak-electronic amino acids.And the tendency factor of secondary structure of amino acids under this categorization was calculated.The final categorization results was concluded through discussion for illustrating the relationship bwteen this category and secondary protein structure better.This result indicated the tendency of amino acids to spiral and random coil very well.
