| 摘 要： | 本试验选用４２日龄商品代艾维因肉仔鸡１８０只，随机分为３组，一组为对照组，二维与三组分别向日粮中添加１．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、２．０ｍｇ／ｋｇ的沙布他莫尔，至５６日龄时，进行屠宰。结果表明，沙布他莫尔提出了肉仔鸡的屠宰率、胸肌率和腿肌率，了腹脂率，并使肌肉中蛋白质含量增高，肌肉中水分及脂肪含量无显著变化，可以认为Ｓａｌｂｕｔａｍｏｌ具有改善胴体品质的作用。

| Abstract: | The research results showed that administering salbutamol increased respectively the carcass yield,the breast muscle and the hindquater muscle,decreased the abdominol fat (P<0.05). It also made the protein in muscle increased (P<0.05),but it was no significant differences in moisture and fat in muscle.Sablutanmol improved carcass composition of broilers. |
