青海省东部农业区北方枸杞种子萌发条件的研究

摘    要:目的]找出较佳的能有效促进北方枸杞种子萌发的措施。方法]设置三因素试验,研究不同贮藏方法、不同培养温度和不同浓度GA3处理结合作用对野生北方枸杞种子萌发的影响。结果]单独用冷冻贮藏的方法,北方枸杞种子发芽率没有明显提高。单独在变温条件下培养可以显著提高北方枸杞种子发芽率。单独用GA3处理种子,浓度在100、200 mg/L时均能促进种子萌发,但当GA3浓度为300 mg/L时与对照组相比抑制了种子的萌发。结论]冷冻越冬贮藏、变温培养和200 mg/LGA3处理结合作用时,种子发芽率达92.7%,是种子萌发的最佳条件。

Abstract:Objective] The purpose of the study was to find out the optimal measures with which the germination of Lycium chinense Mill was promoted.Method] The experiment set up three factors to investigate the effect of different kinds of storage methods,which were combined with different germinating temperature and GA3 treatments on seed germination rate of Lycium chinense Mill.Result] The germination percentage of Lycium chinense Mill wasn't increased obviously with seeds stored in refrigerator.While the germination percentage of Lycium chinense Mill was increased significantly at alternating temperature.The germination could be promoted with seeds treated in 100 and 200 mg/L GA3.But the germination was restrained with seeds treated in 300 mg/L GA3 compared with control group.Conclusion] The germination percentage of Lycium chinense Mill was higher at alternating temperature with seeds stored in refrigerator and treated in 200 mg/L GA3.And the germination percentage in the effects of three factors reached 92.7%.It is the optimum condition of seed germination.
