| 摘 要： | 作为证券市场的主体,上市公司的健康发展对国民经济的促进意义重大。阐述上市公司的监督方式并结合媒体监督的特点,基于成本—效率、制度经济等经济学方法研究分析媒体监督对于公司治理的重要影响,指出媒体监督对于上市公司的健康发展有着积极意义,同时也存在一些不足。

With its special characteristics, the media supervision has great influence on the development of the listed companies. Media supervision, an external management tool, is of great significance to the development of listed companies; however, problems might arise during the course of its supervision. |
