| 摘 要： | 为推进海南省中西部人才队伍建设，服务当地经济建设和社会进步，海南省实施了《海南省中西部市县人才智力扶持行动计划》。2010-2011年在昌江县十月田镇挂职科技副镇长、协助负责农业科技及乡镇经济方面的工作期间观察到乡镇工作中出现的一些问题，对挂职工作和乡镇工作提出了一些建议，供决策者及后来者参考。

| Abstract: | In order to promote talents squad construction, serve for economy construction and social progress of localities, the government implement the action plan-support the development of economy and society of locality with talent intelligence in central and western counties of Hainan province. I benefited this plan and had my temporary-leading-position-training from 2010 till 2011, during which I assisted administers to manage agricultural science and technology and township economy. After I completed temporary-leading-position-training, I have promoted my working and learning ability. However, there were many problems in the period of temporary-leading-position-training in villages and towns, so I put forward some suggestions for leaders and successors. |
