摘    要:石墨炉原子吸收法测定大米中的镉,常用的样品前处理方法有常压湿式消解法、干法灰化和微波消解法。试验采用石墨炉原子吸收法对上述3种消化方法处理的试样进行测定分析,以探讨3种消化方法的适用性。试验结果表明,微波消解法比其它方法具有操作更简便、消解速度快和结果准确度高的特点。

Abstract:Waterish digestion in common pressure (WDCP), dry ashing and microwave digestion are the common sample pretreatment methods for rice cadmium determination by graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. Graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry was used to determine and analyze the samples which had been treated with the above three digestion methods, so as to discuss the applicability of the three digestion methods. Experiment showed that microwave digestion has the characteristics of simpler operation, fast digestion and high accuracy in comparison with the other methods.
