| 摘 要： | 通过调研收集海南省水资源利用与采用节水灌溉技术的农作物种植面积分布情况的相关数据，分析采用节水灌溉技术在发展农业生产中存在的问题，指出在海南省推广节水灌溉技术存在的困难，提出发展海南省农业节水灌溉的合理建议和措施。

| Abstract: | Water is the basic element of agricultural production. The problems existed in using water-saving irrigation technique to develop agricultural production in Hainan are analyzed on the basis of collecting relevant data of the utilization of water resources and the distribution of crops guaranteed by water-saving irrigation technique in Hainan Province. The difficulties existed in popularizing this technique in Hainan Province are pointed out. Reasonable advices and solutions to develop water-saving irrigation in Hainan Province are put forward. |
