不同薄荷品种遗传关系的ISSR分析

本研究利用ISSR分子标记技术对上海地区适应性种植良好的11个薄荷品种的遗传关系进行了分析，从分子水平阐明其遗传多样性和相似性，以期完善薄荷品种资源的评价方法。结果显示，12个引物共检测到176个位点，其中多态位点170个，多态位点百分率为96．59％。Nei遗传多样性指数平均为0．2280，平均遗传相似系数为0．50，分布在0．19到0．67之间。聚类分析结果显示，圆叶留兰香（Mentha rotundifolia）与留兰香（Mentha spicata L．）成一组，巧克力薄荷（Mentha piperita L．cv．chocolate）、黑胡椒薄荷（Mentha piperita f.rubfscens）、胡椒薄荷（Mentha piperita L．）、薰衣草薄荷（Menthapi perita cv．lavandula）和柠檬辣薄荷（Mentha piperita var．citrata）成一组，苹果薄荷（Mentha suaveolens）、菠萝薄荷（Metha suaveolens cv．variegata）与葡萄柚薄荷（Mentha suaveolens×piperita）成一组，唇萼薄荷（Mentha pulegium L．）单独成一组。该分析结果与以前根据形态进行的分类结果一致。

ISSR Analysis of Genetic Relationships between Eleven Varieties of Mentha
