不同薄荷品种遗传关系的ISSR分析

摘    要:本研究利用ISSR分子标记技术对上海地区适应性种植良好的11个薄荷品种的遗传关系进行了分析,从分子水平阐明其遗传多样性和相似性,以期完善薄荷品种资源的评价方法。结果显示,12个引物共检测到176个位点,其中多态位点170个,多态位点百分率为96.59%。Nei遗传多样性指数平均为0.2280,平均遗传相似系数为0.50,分布在0.19到0.67之间。聚类分析结果显示,圆叶留兰香(Mentha rotundifolia)与留兰香(Mentha spicata L.)成一组,巧克力薄荷(Mentha piperita L.cv.chocolate)、黑胡椒薄荷(Mentha piperita f.rubfscens)、胡椒薄荷(Mentha piperita L.)、薰衣草薄荷(Menthapi perita cv.lavandula)和柠檬辣薄荷(Mentha piperita var.citrata)成一组,苹果薄荷(Mentha suaveolens)、菠萝薄荷(Metha suaveolens cv.variegata)与葡萄柚薄荷(Mentha suaveolens×piperita)成一组,唇萼薄荷(Mentha pulegium L.)单独成一组。该分析结果与以前根据形态进行的分类结果一致。
