尿素及其衍生物与磷脂之间的相互作用

摘    要:用差示扫描量热和LB膜研究了尿素及其衍生物与磷脂之间的相互作用.结果表明,尿素及其衍生物都可以稳定层状液晶相,而且都可以和磷脂直接作用.尿素是通过形成氢键与磷脂头基作用,而DMU和TMU是通过插入磷脂双分子膜的界面部分与磷脂作用.

Abstract:The interactions between 1, 2-dioleoyl-sn-glycero-3-phosphoethanolamine and urea, dimethylurea, and tetramethylurea were studied with differential scan calorimeter and LB film. Results show that three molecules can stabilize stratified liquid crystal phase, and interact directly with lipid. The hydrogen bond is formed between urea and head group of lipid, and interactions for DMU and TMU are finished through inserting the interphase of lipid bilayer membrane.
