摘    要:文章在界定新媒体的内涵基础上,分析了新媒体时代新建地方本科院校培养市场营销专业应用型人才的现实意义,并从夯实实践育人平台、推进人才培养模式创新、推动师资队伍转型三方面提出了新媒体背景下新建地方本科院校市场营销专业应用型人才培养的具体思路。

Abstract:On the basis of defining the connotation of new media, the article analyzed the practical significance for cultivating applied marketing talents in newly-built local undergraduate colleges at the new media age, and proposed the specific approachs from three aspect, including strengthening practice education platform, promoting the innovation in personnel training mode, promoting the transformation of teachers team.
