摘    要:以复合酶制剂为主 ,添加益生素、微量元素等多种饲料添加剂 ,配制成DL复合饲料添加剂 ,将其分为 5种剂量 ( 0 1 %、0 2 %、0 3%、0 4%、0 5 % )添加到基础日粮中 ,分别饲喂 6组 ( 1组对照 )各 1 0只 5 0日龄蓝狐 ,饲喂 1 4d。结果表明 :0 3%DL添加剂显著提高粗蛋白(CP)的表观消化率、代谢率和净蛋白的利用率 (P <0 0 5 ) ,同对照组相比 ,CP的表观消化率提高 1 0 2 8% ,CP的表观代谢率提高 7 42 % ,净蛋白的利用率提高 1 6 92 % ;0 2 %DL添加剂显著提高粗脂肪 (EE)及粗纤维 (CF)的消化率 (P <0 0 5 )与对照组相比 ,EE的消化率提高9 98% ,CF的消化率提高 1 2 0 5 %。各组DL饲料添加剂均能提高蓝狐育成期的采食量 ,其中0 2 %DL添加剂组的采食量最大

Abstract:Six groups of growing Alopex lagpus with 10 animals in each group were fed a basal diet and basal diet supplemented with DL supplements,which contained compound enzymes,probiotics and trace elements,at 0.1,0.2,0.3,0.4 and 0.5%. The effect of the supplementation on apparent digestion and metabolism of diet were studied.Results showed that 0 3% DL significantly inereased the apparent digetibility and metabolism rate of crude protein and net utilization rate of protein ( P < 0 05);compared with control group,the apparent digetibility of crude protein was increased 10.28%,the apparent metabolism rate of crude protein was increased 7 42% ,the net utilization rate of protein was increased 16 92%.0.2% DL could also increased markedly the digetibility of crude fat and crude fiber ( P <0 05),which was 9.88% and 12.05% higher than the control group, respectively.Feed intakes were significantly increased by all levels of supplementation with 0.2% DL being the highest.
