沙葱提取物抗菌效果的研究

摘    要:目的]研究沙葱提取物的抑菌性能和稳定性。方法]以沙葱为材料,通过抑菌试验和稳定性试验,对其提取物的抑菌能力和抑菌活性物质的稳定性进行了研究。结果]沙葱提取物对5种供试菌的抑菌效果大小顺序为:酵母菌>青霉>黑曲霉>金黄色葡萄球菌>大肠杆菌,并且在中性和酸性条件下抑菌效果较佳;此外,紫外光照射对供试菌的抗菌效力影响不大。结论]沙葱醇提物对不同菌种的抑制作用差别较大,而且其中的抑菌活性物质具有较好的热稳定性和紫外光稳定性。

Study on Antibacterial Effect of Extracts from Allium mongolicum Regel.
Abstract:Objective] Study on antibacterial activity and stability of the ethanol extracts from Allium mongolicum Regel.(AMR).Method] Taking AMR as experimental material,from antibacterial and stability test,antibacterial capacity and antibacterial activity substance stability of extracts were studied.Result] Size order of antibacterial effect of extracts on these 5 strains tends to be:Saccharomyces cerevisiae>Penicillium sp.>Aspergillus niger>Staphylococcus aureus>Escherichia coli;under neutral and slight alkaline conditions,antibacterial effect presents best;and UV light irradiation basically has no influence on tested strains.Conclusion] Antibacterial effect of ethanol extract shows great difference on these 5 strains,and antibacterial activity substance is of good heat and UV light stability.
