| 摘 要： | 平菇菌袋地面出菇二潮后，培养料的营养和水分失去过多，出菇渐止，覆土后及时补充菌丝，必需的营养和水分，促使其正常代谢，可发生更多的子实体。笔者提出了２种营养补充液配方及喷施时间、数量。菌袋覆土补液法，生物学效率稳定在１５０％以上，投入产出比达１∶５．６。

| Abstract: | After picking up for two times,fruiting is getting to stop due to a great loss of water and nutrition in the medium.Under this situation,compensating water and nutrition needed by mycelium growth in time after covering soil could promote the oyster fungus normally metabolizing and produce more fruits.In this paper,two formulae of nutrition solutions and the amount and time of spraying were presented.The results showed that the ratio of input to output was 1 to 5.6 by using the cultivation method in the production. |
