印楝组培瓶苗移栽技术研究

摘    要:运用正交试验设计的方法研究不同移植基质、不同炼苗时间和遮阳网不同遮光率对印楝组培瓶苗移植成活率的影响作用,结果表明,不同基质配比、不同炼苗时间以及遮阳网不同遮光率对印楝组培瓶苗移植成活率有较显著影响,基质采用红心土:泥炭土(1∶1),炼苗时间为14 d,遮阳网遮光率为70%移植效果最好.

Abstract:Using method of orthogonal experiment design,effect of different transplantation matrix,different acclimatization time different shading rate of shade net on survival rate of tissue-cultured container seedlings of Azadirachta indica were studied.Result shows that the ratio of different media,different acclimatization time different shading rate of shade net have more significant effect on survival rate of tissue-cultured container seedlings Azadirachta indica.The optimal combination is red soil∶peat soil(1∶1)+ Acclimatization time being 14 d + shading rate being 70%.
