| 摘 要： | 本文从资源与环境、经济发展、社会发展、科技支撑4个方面26项指标,运用主成分分析法对陇中黄土高原农业与农村可持续发展状况进行了以定量分析为主的实证研究。结果表明:陇中黄土高原农业与农村可持续发展的能力总体呈现上升趋势;可持续发展的重点在于提高经济发展水平;可持续发展的基础在于利用资源和改善环境;可持续发展的潜力在于应用科学技术;可持续发展的难点在于提高农业现代化水平。
