镉胁迫下植物膜蛋白的研究进展

摘    要:水体或土壤中镉(Cd)污染是植物生长中最常见的重金属污染之一。当植物受到镉胁迫时,其组织、细胞等的生理机制会处于抑制状态。同时,植物在演化过程中对镉的吸收、转运及排出产生应对策略。该文阐述了镉对植物生长的影响、膜蛋白的分离技术以及镉胁迫下的植物膜蛋白等方面。

Abstract:Cadmium pollution in water or soil was one of the most common heavy metal pollution which threated to plants growth.The physiological mechanism of plant tissues or cells would be inhibited under cadmium stress.At the same time,the plants developed coping strategies in the evolution of the process of cadmium absorption,transport and discharge.Effects of cadmium on plants growth and separation,separation techniques of membrane protein,and plant membrane protein research under conditions of cadmium stress were discussed.
