披碱草和野大麦及其BC1F2代不同株系苗期耐盐性研究

摘    要:测定了在盐胁迫下亲本披碱草和野大麦及其BC1F2代不同株系幼苗的相对含水量、细胞膜透性、游离脯氨酸含量等生理生化指标。结果表明,盐胁迫下披碱草和野大麦及其BC1F2代各株系幼苗的组织相对含水量下降、游离脯氨酸含量增高、质膜透性增大。亲本披碱草和野大麦及其BC1F2代不同株系间存在差异。综合评价得出其耐盐性排序为:野大麦〉Y1F2-5〉Y1F2-3-Y1F2-1〉P1F2-6〉Y1F2-6-Y1F29〉Y1F2-2〉Y1F2-8〉P1F2-7〉披碱草〉Y1F2-7。

Abstract:The physiological and biochemical indices,such as relative water content,cell membrane permeability,free proline etc.,were determined in leaves of Elymus dahuricus,Hordeum brevisubulatum and their BC_1F_2 lines at seedling stage under salt stress.The results showed that the relative water content of Elymus dahuricus,Hordeum brevisubulatum and their BC_1F_2 lines at seedling stage was decreased under salt stress,but free proline and cell membrane permeability were increased,there were differences among Elymus dahuricus,Hordeum brevisubulatum and their BC_1F_2 lines.Based on the comprehensive evaluation,the order of salt tolerance was as follows: Hordeum brevisubulatum>Y_1F_2-5>Y_1F_23=Y_1F_2-1>P_1F_2-6>Y_1F_2-6=Y_1F_2-9>Y_1F_2-2>Y_1F_2-8>P_1F_2-7>Elymus dahuricus>Y_1F_2-7.
