摘    要:植物抗寒属于复杂的数量性状。单一基因转化,植株抗寒性提高有限。本文利用拟南芥的AtCBF1~3和AtICE14个基因构建植物表达载体pVCT2276,通过农杆菌介导法转化烟草,获得35株抗性苗。经抗性筛选以及PCR鉴定,8株显示为阳性植株。将其中5株繁殖成株系,为后续的抗寒鉴定奠定基础。

Abstract:Cold-resistance in plants was determined by numerous genes.With transformation of the sole gene into plants,the Cold-resistance could be enhanced limitedly.Amplified from Arabidopsis thaliana genomic DNA and connected with Arabidopsis promoter 35S,AtCBF1-3 and AtICE1 genes were used to construct the cold-induced plant expressing vector pVCT2276.Thirty-five Kanamycin resistance plants were obtained by Agro-bacterium mediated genetic transformation.PCR results showed that 8 plants were positive.For later sout...
