高产玉米物质积累与分配的研究

摘    要:为了研究高产玉米的物质积累和分配,选用先玉335高产玉米品种为试验材料,常规玉米种植为对照,研究了高产玉米各器官粗蛋白、籽粒粗淀粉等物质的动态变化以及成熟期生物产量分配。结果表明,与对照相比,高产玉米茎、叶中的干物质含量在8月中旬之前积累较快,之后逐渐向籽粒中转移,直到完熟期各器官干物质含量基本保持不变;在整个生长季,高产玉米籽粒淀粉含量高于对照,而粗蛋白含量则低于对照;从生物产量分配比例来看,高产玉米根、茎、叶、穗轴产量占整株生物产量的比例都低于对照。整体看来,高产玉米最适的收获时期是9月下旬的玉米蜡熟末期。

Abstract:Xianyu 335 was selected to study matter accumulation and distribution in high-yield maize.The crude protein of different organs and crude starch of the seed were studied in high-yield maize.The biological production in mature stage was also researched.The results showed that the content of dry matters in stems and leaves ran quickly before the middle of August compared with the control,then transferred to seeds until mature.The starch content in seeds was higher than that of the control during growing seaso...
